A Greeley Evans Transit bus sits on the street. Buses similar to this model are used for the Blue and Gold bus routes that go to downtown Greeley and UNC campus. New Gold routes are in effect today.

After an unsuccessful first week of the new Blue and Gold bus routes, Student Senate and the Greeley Evans Trasit have established a new set of stops along the campus Gold route, which runs during the day from 7:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. The new stops go into effect today. The routes were changed when students submitted complaints about the length of waiting time between stops. The bus routes were initially implemented by the Quality of Life Act, which was voted in favor of last spring by the student body during the Student Senate elections.
