College Night at Colorado Ice game

The minor league arena football team, the Colorado Ice, play against the Sioux City Bandits during College Night at 7:30 p.m. today at the Budweiser Event Center.
The Ice, member of the United Indoor Football League, has several former University of Northern Colorado football players on its roster, such as linebacker Thomas Smith and defensive linemen Steve Frye, Bret Garegnani and Jeff Spletzer.
The Ice is also hosting College Night. Students who show their student ID get $3s off their ticket price. A pre-game tailgate party that will serve hot dogs, popcorn and beer will be in the Budweiser Event Center's parking lot from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., along with giveaways by 96.1 KISS FM.
Colorado has gone 1-4 so far this season and play the 3-2 Bandits. The Ice's only loss to Sioux City was on April 5, in a 52-29 defeat. The Ice is also coming off a loss to the Billings Outlaws, who beat Colorado 28-26 on April 10.
