Jacob Bobenmoyer plays long snapper for the Bears and earned a first-team Big Sky and fourth-team national spot on special teams.
Jacob’s performances, while hard to quantify statistically, has been recognized as an elite talent and earned him a place at the East-West Shrine game.
Playing for the East team (red), Jacob will be competing in front of fans, scouts and NFL personnel on Jan. 19 in St. Petersburg, FL.

Alex Wesley plays wide receiver for the Bears and earned a first-team Big Sky selection and an invitation to the Reese’s Senior Bowl.
Wesley compiled 57 catches for 1,050 yards and four touchdowns in 10 games.
Those stats were good enough to be 16th on the NCAA receiving yards list, 4th in the Big Sky in receiving yards and only the second Bear to have multiple 1,000 yard seasons.
The only other Bear to have that record was Vincent Jackson who went on to be a 2nd Round draft pick in the NFL, 12 seasons as a starter and three Pro-Bowl selections.
Rosters for the Senior Bowl will be released Jan. 16
Wesley will get to play for either Jon Gruden (Raiders head coach) or Kyle Shanahan (49ers head coach) in front of NFL scouts and personnel on Jan. 26 in Mobile, AL.
