Kyle Sloter had another impressive game in relief of Paxton Lynch and Trevor Siemian in Saturday’s third preseason game against the Green Bay Packers.
The recent UNC grad got more action than initially anticipated when Lynch went down with an injury to his throwing shoulder just after halftime.
Sloter ended the game 4-for-7 passing including a nice touchdown pass to wide receiver Hunter Sharp late in the third quarter.
For the preseason, he is 16-for-20 for 193 yards with two touchdowns and a passer rating of 140.2.
Sloter will see more action Thursday in the Broncos final preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals.
